As events relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) change on a daily basis, we are continuing to monitor developments regarding the outbreak and take any necessary steps in line with the government guidance in each of the countries we operate in.
We remain open for business and are as committed as ever to supporting our customers and staff in keeping the wheels of industry turning right across Europe as it relates to the whole of the group. We are working closely with our suppliers to minimise disruption and secure availability of products and services across these important ranges, while identifying alternative sourcing options where required.

Coronavirus – Customer Q&A
Customers have been asking lots of good questions about the impact of coronavirus on their business, our staff and our suppliers. Here, we answer the most common ones that we have seen so far. If you have any other questions, please e-mail: info@rubix-group.com. We will either get an answer to you direct or combine it with other questions and update this list.
- Will staff continue to visit customer sites to replenish vending machines?
Unless you are restricting access to site, we will continue to replenish vending machines as usual. - Will we continue to receive deliveries?
Yes – absolutely. - What if customers don’t want to sign for a parcel on a screen?
We are aware that some customers are reluctant to touch the screens as a result of publicity that screens carry germs. As a minimum, we would ask customers to sign the paper and the delivery driver should take a photo of the signed paper before returning the paper to the customer for their records. - Where can I get an update on products that are in high demand e.g. hand sanitiser and face masks?
Supply of these items is affected by government policy in many European countries. Please check with your local branch or account manager. - How do I find out if you have stock of products that are in high demand e.g. hand sanitiser and face masks?
You can check the web shop online or speak to your account contact. In many markets these items have already been secured to protect public health. Any stock that remains available will be visible online. - Can you still fulfil orders from the distribution centres?
Yes, we are still fulfilling orders on time and in full.
