As part of the Group’s growth strategy, Rubix has acquired specialist German distributor, PTS Group.
Established in 2007 and based near Düsseldorf, in the heart of Germany’s Rhine-Ruhr industrial region, PTS Group has built a strong reputation in hydraulics, pneumatics, valve technology, process technology as well as power transmission and motion technology. This is backed by in-house control cabinet assembly and a dedicated hydraulic and pneumatic repair service.
The acquisition enables Rubix to combine PTS’s technical specialism and application expertise with its existing portfolio of products and services, extending the offer available to customers across the DACH region.
