As part of the Rubix Group’s growth strategy, Rubix has acquired the bearings specialist Konrad Haluk Industriebedarf to strengthen the DACH OEM business.
Founded in 1974 Konrad Haluk has 25 employees and is headquartered in Elztal (Baden-Württemberg), generating more than €20m in annual sales.
Alongside a comprehensive product offer, the business has a dedicated linear cutting centre, providing customised guides according to customer specifications.
Through this acquisition, Rubix strengthens its presence in the machinery sector and expands its existing technical sales expertise, which was already enhanced by the previous acquisitions of Schäfer Technik and ZITEC. Haluk’s technical expertise complements the capabilities of Rubix and lays the foundation for further growth.
Matthias Haluk will remain with the company and, together with his team, will strengthen the Rubix DACH OEM business unit. No changes are planned for the Haluk location.
