Recruitment of talented leader further demonstrates ability to attract the best in the market
Returning to the Group less than 18 months after leaving, Pedro Guaracy is appointed CEO of Rubix Central and Eastern Europe. He will join the management committee, reporting to Group CEO Franck Voisin.
Pedro worked at Rubix for more than five years until the end of 2023 in a variety of senior strategic roles.
Starting as the transformation manager for Rubix in the UK, Ireland and Iceland (UKII) he supported the turnaround of the business before being appointed Group Transformation Director with responsibility for salesforce effectiveness through the pandemic.
He was then promoted to COO of Rubix UKII where he was responsible for logistics, supply chain, health and safety, pricing and IT, amongst other things.
Staying with Rubix UKII he then went on to lead transformation projects covering category management and engineering services, and a dedicated programme focused on Rubix Ireland.
