Following a comprehensive external search, Rubix has appointed Bart Delmulle to the newly created role of chief digital & AI officer.
He started at Rubix on 1 September, reporting to Group CEO David Morkeberg and joining both the executive board and the management committee.
Bart is responsible for Rubix’s AI programme, which is focused on enabling Rubix colleagues to provide an even better service to customers and supporting the continued growth of the business. He is also responsible for the development and performance of the Group’s digital offer.
Bart started his career in telecoms in Finland with Omnitele and then Nokia before joining McKinsey where he became a partner and a leader in the EMEA technology, media and telecoms practice. From there, he joined Bain as the global leader of the digital transformation practice before moving to PostNL as the chief digital and customer experience officer.
